ESV. Dapo Okeowo HND, ANIVS, RSV

Dapo is the Principal Partner , an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers ( ANIVS ) . He is also a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He graduated from the Polytechnic Ibadan in 1994 where he obtained a Highher National Diploma in Estate Management.

Dapo has over 20 years experience in the field of Estate Surveying and Valuation and has worked in various Real Estate Company in Nigeria including Bimbola Onisabi & Co, Jide Taiwo and Company and Kunle Oshodi & Company where he rose to the post of an Associate Partner before he left .

He also has Housing management Experience in the public and private sector in the United Kingdom, having worked as a Housing Consultant for various local Authorities and Housing Associations .

Dapo is also the Director of Sales for Chapter 4 Estate Management , a company that specializes in Property Development, Housing Consultancy, Estate Management and Project Financing.

Phemmy Adejare HND

Phemmy hold a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and Valuation from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Lagos State with an impressive wealth of experience in the general practice of Estate Surveying and Valuation. Prior to joining Dapo Okeowo, he has worked with the reputable firm of Jide Taiwo and Company between 2018- December 2020.

Phemmy has superior property market knowledge which has resulted in verifiable successes in property letting, Assets Valuation and Property management.

                                 Daniel Popoola  HND 

Daniel is an Estate Surveyor who holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and Valuation from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Kwara State.

Daniel has vast knowledge and experience of asset valuation for all purposes with versatility to other branches of Estate Surveying and Valuation, a track record of executing valuations for many prominent financial institutions in the country has also been established by him. He worked with Ubosi Eleh + Company (2019-2021) POREC Properties Limited (2021-2023) before joining our Company in October 2023.

Daniel is committed to our noble profession with attention to standard customer relation and sheer professionalism. 

                                  Temitope Ajilore HND

Temitope Ajilore is an Estate Surveyor and a graduate of Estate Management from Osun State College of Technology.

He worked with the Estate Surveying Valuation firm  of  Sunbo Onitiri and Company from 2015 until he joined us in February 2025.

His experience in his previous roles’ cuts across Assets Valuation, Property Development and Management, Facilities Management and Real Estate Agency.
