- Maintenance of firefighting equipment and installations .
- Ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM’s) is carried out as required, utilising either in-house maintenance staff or external contractors and carrying out checks to ensure compliance.
- Responding to out of hours emergencies, attending site and calling in relevant staff or contractors as required.
- Manage all aspects of running and maintaining the estate and its facilities.
- regular replacement of non-functional and/or obsolete fire extinguishers;
- Cleaning and polishing of staircase and other common parts including periodic painting and redecoration;
- Maintenance and repair of stand-by- generating plants;
- Maintenance and clearing of swimming pool;
- Ensuring all metered utilities are appropriated and validated.
- Service charge apportionment and administration.
- Dislodgement of sewage system; and
- Employment and supervision of estate staff to undertake cleaning of common areas, maintenance/repairs of electrical fittings and installations, maintenance/repairs of plumbing fittings and installations, etc.
